Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Lugal mobile app and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Service overview

Lugal is a hyperlocal platform that connects customers with nearby vendors for essentials, services, rides, and appointments. Availability depends on your location and vendor coverage within a 5 km radius.

2) Eligibility & account

Location access is required to show nearby vendors and route services. If you deny location permission, you may not be able to use core features.

5) Direct Add / Quick Add ordering

Lugal may allow adding products directly without browsing a vendor. In such cases, Lugal will assign the order to an eligible vendor within your area based on availability and operational rules.

10) Cancellations, refunds & disputes

Cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on the vendor category, order status, and vendor policies. Payment-related refunds follow Razorpay and banking timelines where applicable. For support, contact: support@lugal.in.

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. Lugal does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Lugal’s liability is limited to the amount of fees paid through the Service for the specific transaction in dispute.

13) Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update features or these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
